Belorio

Outside of New Teras, Belorio is the largest and busiest port city on the continent. Historians think the first shipyard was built there more than a thousand years ago, but the Shepard's Rock temple predates even that. The city and port came up around the landmark, as more travelers and pilgrims came the merchants followed and eventually they set up permanent shops and the city grew. Belorio may have a dozen centuries worth of stories and history, but it is also a city that has learned to adapt to change, it is one of best places to see a true mix of the old world and the new.
